Yoga Classes

Yoga Basics — A moderate level beginning yoga class for all abilities and experience.
Mondays 6:00pm At Timothy’s House
Pranakriya Flow –In this class we will strengthen our inner focus and tap into the awareness of the physical body and its subtle energy (prana).  This active and energizing practice integrates breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength and flexibility, openness and playfulness. This level I/II class will engage all levels of students with options for modifications and variations of the yoga postures to suit your body’s individual needs.
Open to current and past students only. If you are interested in attending, please contact me for directions to my house in West Asheville.
Tuesdays 5:15pm Town and Mountain Training
Yoga Basics — A moderate level beginning yoga class for all abilities and experience. This is a semi-private 8-week series class, please contact me if you are interested in joining.
Wednesdays 7:30pm The Rush
Yoga Basics — A moderate level beginning yoga class for all abilities and experience.
Sundays 5:30pm The Rush
Yoga Basics — A moderate level beginning yoga class for all abilities and experience.
